HELP DESK

In order to best support staff experiencing technology issues you will need to create a help desk ticket.  IT staff are alerted to the ticket, tickets are assigned to staff, an staff will be alerted to the progress of the ticket.

Creating help desk tickets helps us analyze the data to best allocate resources and improve our customer service.

Creating a Ticket

Use the link above to create a ticket.  If you are logged in on your computer your credentials will be passed through.  Fill in the following required following fields:

  1. Title (What is the problem)

  2. Specify your site

  3. Fill in your name

  4. Specify your room number

  5. Provide a description of the problem

​

All remaining fields are for IT staff.
